Full report of MoEF’s committee to review Environmental Laws confirms Initial Apprehensions: recipe for dilution of environmental protection regime

Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC) has recently made public the report of the “High-Level Committee constituted for review of Environment and Forests Laws” (the TSR Subramanian committee).
